What’s cross-input signature aggregation and the way would it not work?
I am seeing a lot of mentions of cross-input signature aggregation (CISA) these days. It seems to be one thing that one can do with Schnorr signatures. What’s the most important thought of CISA? What would a transaction seem like that makes use of CISA?
