Taproot block model
In block 681543 Slush Pool had mined the correct taproot signalling (bit 2 in block model) block however the model wasn’t the default 0x20000004 with a model base 0x20000000 however 0x3fff0004. Does it make any distinction? Why would they use a special model base (0x3fff0000) only for this block?
