DENVER (Reuters) -Greater than half of Halliburton (NYSE:)’s shareholders voted in opposition to its proposed govt compensation plan this week, in line with a submitting printed on Friday, marking a pointy reversal from final 12 months, when the proposal acquired 91% approval.
