NVidia is price limiting some playing cards to 50% of attainable hashrate. What impact does this have on energy effectivity?
I can think about it lowering energy effectivity by chopping (similar energy, however decrease hashrate). However I might think about it enhance energy effectivity (however chopping voltage when it detect hashing, halving efficiency however doubling energy effectivity). I have never purchased a card but so I can’t check.
