blockchain – Do some crypto-assets have an “admin key” that permit some customers to train “unilateral management and affect” over the asset?

I’m studying the SEC prospectus Coinbase’s preliminary public providing, obtainable right here. On web page 20, it’s written:

Many crypto property have concentrated possession or an “admin key”, permitting a small group of holders to have important unilateral management and affect over key choices referring to their crypto networks, corresponding to governance choices and protocol modifications, in addition to the market value of such crypto property.

I’m not conversant in the existence of such “admin keys” that permit some customers to unilaterally change the properties of a token or a blockchain. Would anybody care to fill me in or present some sources I can learn?
