blockchain – bitcoin-etl: issues with putting in

I’m attempting to put in bitcoin-etl: https://github.com/blockchain-etl/bitcoin-etl to investigate bitcoin blockchain.

I’ve Mac OS and python3, I run this in terminal:

pip set up bitcoin-etl

Additionally tried this:

python3 -m pip set up bitcoin-etl

The output is:
ERROR: Couldn't discover a model that satisfies the requirement bitcoin-etl

ERROR: No matching distribution discovered for bitcoin-etl

I’ve python3 and pip put in:
python3 -m pip --version
pip 21.0.1 from /Library/Frameworks/Python.framework/Variations/3.8/lib/python3.8/site-packages/pip (python 3.8)

Any ideas?

P.S. BTW, if you understand another methods to investigate bitcoin blockchain (I want csv for block counts vs time) your recommendation would even be very considerable!
